It is that time of year again – time to collect the annual dues!

Information is below – please email the board at board@PROTECTED should you have any questions.

General information regarding the annual assessments:

Each lot in Brookside Colony is subject to an annual assessment of $95.00, due at the beginning of the year (January 01^st), with payment expected on or before the due date of March 15^th, as set by the Officers of the Association. Residents have the flexibility to make payments at any time within this period.

A 10-day grace period extends from March 16^th to March 25^th at midnight. Payments received after March 25^th will incur a late fee of $75.00, in addition to an 18% interest charge per annum on the entire unpaid balance.

If payment has NOT been received by March 31^st, the property owner's name will be referred to our legal counsel for further collection and follow-up. Any fees incurred by the board for this purpose will be the responsibility of the lot owner. Therefore, if you anticipate any difficulties making the payment by the due date of March 15^th, please do not hesitate to contact the board at board@PROTECTED

Method of payments for the Year 2026:

The payment options (online, Cash or Check) and respective details are as follows:

• Option 1 (Venmo):

• Search for Brookside Colony on the Venmo app.
• Ensure the account name and logo match the image of the BSCCA front entrance.
• If prompted for the last four digits of our phone number, use 0161.
• Include your name and the property address in the comments field.

Important: Since the association fees are mandatory, NOT for goods or services, and NOT eligible for a refund, please ensure the "full refund for purchases" option is turned OFF to avoid unnecessary additional fees.

• Option 2 (Paypal):

• Search Brookside Colony or use board@PROTECTED on PayPal (app or website).
• Ensure the account name and logo match the image of the BSCCA front entrance. If not, PayPal may direct you to an account not associated with Brookside Colony.
• Include your name and the property address in the comments field.

Important: Since the association fees are mandatory, NOT for goods or services, and NOT eligible for a refund, please select the "For Friends and Family" option to avoid unnecessary additional fees.

• Option 3 (Check):

• Make check payable to Brookside Colony Civic Association.
• Place the check in a sealed envelope, writing your name and property address on the envelope.
• Mail or drop off the envelope at the following location:

• Option 4 (Cash):
• Place cash in a sealed envelope, write your name and property address on the envelope.

A black metal box will be placed on the table on the front porch at the address above. The box will not be labeled to deter unwanted attention.

Since most property owners have preferred online payment in recent years, District Representatives will not be collecting payments.

If you are unable to make the payment or need assistance to collect the dues, due to unavoidable circumstances, please email your contact information and the reason to the BSCCA board at board@PROTECTED well before the deadline. The board will evaluate your request and respond as appropriate.
