I called the dog warden and reported finding him but with the snow emergency he couldn’t come pick him up, and I also couldn’t get out of the neighborhood to get to a vet to scan for a chip.

I also made a report on PetFBI and have posted on numerous Facebook groups, along with the Nextdoor and Ring apps. Another neighbor is keeping him tonight, so he does have a safe and warm place to sleep!
